Hello Ma'am,U can consult Govt Ayurvedic College deptt.of surgery at Pune,U can take Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals, Apply Jatyadi ghrit locally twice a day, isabgol 2 tsf at night, fresh butter milk after lunch
