Hello sir, I am suffering from severe headache and feel pain in upper neck, just below the right side of the neck. And also frequent urination during sleeping. Headache is actually occurred in the front side around the head.

Are you on any kind of medication..... Most probably ur having cervical spondylitis.... Get an xray neck done.... Also get your eyesight checked.... Take sufficient sleep.... For urination avoid drinking too much of fluids after 6 pm....
