Hello, Muscle spasm in NIGHT due to one side neck or bad allitment. Take one muscle relaxant two times a day after food LOCALLY APPLY what u use. PHYSIOTHERAPY if needed. Hot water FOAMENTATION by hot water bag.ok.unable to write Medicin as strictly instruted not to write any medicine or PRESCRIPTION.ok.
