Neck stiffness and left hand pain
Attached is my Frontal neck X ray. I am suffering from neck stiffness and left hand pain except neck I don't have stiffness anywhere in the body. I have done with my full body checkup on 29th September 2021 and vitamin D comes to 10.73 ng/ml (deficiency) & b12 was 238 pg/ml which didn't show on reports about deficiency.
Is this neck stiffness because of vitamin D deficiency??
I am also doing work for around 9 hrs. per day in front of computer.

Yes your pain could be due to deficiency in vitamins since they are essential for good muscles and joints health.
Get injections for vitamin D and B12 and within a week or 2 you will be alright
