Based on the symptoms you've described, it's possible that you're experiencing a combination of issues related to your neck and shoulder. Here are some possible causes and treatments: Cervical spondylosis: This is a common condition that occurs with age, where the discs and joints in the neck deteriorate, causing pain and stiffness. Treatment options include physical therapy, medications, and sometimes surgery. Rotator cuff injury: This is a common shoulder injury, especially in people who perform repetitive overhead motions. Treatment may involve rest, physical therapy, and sometimes surgery. Pinched nerve: A pinched nerve in the neck can cause pain, weakness, and numbness that radiates down the arm. Treatment may include physical therapy, medications, and sometimes surgery. Fibromyalgia: This is a condition that causes widespread pain and tenderness throughout the body. Treatment may involve medications, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes. It's important to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. They may recommend imaging tests, such as an MRI, to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. In the meantime, you can try some self-care measures, such as gentle stretches, heat or ice therapy, and over-the-counter pain medications.
