Neck pain Tolifast and b12
I have neck pain (left side slightly above the curve of neck) since 15+ days. I am sure it's not muscular because I have been apply pain relieving gels. I am also getting dizzy sometimes and having random aches in lower head too. The doctor suggested Tolifast and b12 supplements (i have symptoms of deficiency like feelings of tingling/pin sensations). Is this an okay diagnosis? Will Tolifast cause sleepiness?

It sounds like you have cervical spondylosis with pain in side of neck and tingling sensation
Do a cervical spine xray and consult
You could use the muscle relaxant for few days ,but not long .It causes drowsiness
