Neck Pain / Sprain
It is not too bad but yesterday morning when I woke up, I felt a little pain in my neck. Its worsened as the day went. The same seem to be due to wrong sleeping position or something. However, the pain is increasing now.

Use hot water to release tension of muscle around neck for at least 10 minutes, and gentle stretching of neck muscles. You can start neck muscle strength training Exercises once pain relived.
