Lump left side throat felt when swallow
Only felt when swallowing. Feels like a lump pressing against a cord, like a rock strumming against a guitar string, it falls back towards the end of swallowing. I can lean my head to the right and have zero trouble swallowing but lean left and I feel it, there is no pain.
I also have cervical spinal stenosis. Your thoughts?

Probable cause might be Globus Pharyngeus. Other reasons can be oesophageal strictures or spasm, chronic gastrointestinal reflux disease.
Next Steps
Diagnosis can be concluded after studies like barium swallow, upper GI endoscopy, and esophageal ph monitoring. Patient should visit a General surgeon for further assistance.
Health Tips
If you have a chronic gastric reflux problem, try Omeprazole capsule 20 mg daily in the morning before breakfast. if the problem subsides, then it must be because of GERD and you should go for ph monitoring ( 24 hrs) for confirmation of the diagnosis.
