Not sure if muscle or lump
I'm not sure if it is a lump or not. I found a fatty tissue or lump on my left outer thigh when I flex my muscle. I can feel it as well when I just graze my hand through my thigh but I can't feel it when pressing on my thigh. It feels like nothing when my muscles are relaxed and looks lumpy when flex. I started noticing it because my left thigh see

It's most likely a lipoma...arising from body fat tissue. Nothing to do ...as it's not cancer. Unless cosmetically significant , can be ignored.
