  3. Neck sprain. Without pain. please help.

Neck sprain
Woke up and had a slight sprain in the neck. Took painkillers and applied Volini but the pain has increased to back of neck . Movement is not very much possible without pain. Please help.Thanks.

you have got neck muscles spasm, consult orthopedic surgeon, he will examine and advise for physiotherapy,that will heal
