I often have neck pain in the inside for a very long time,which I don't know the obvious reason for it, I'd like to know what causes the neck pain

Neck pain can be due to many reasons most common being the spondylisis and lymphadenitis. I would advise you to get an xray neck done so that we can rule out Spondylitis also till then sleep without a pillow. For pain you can take tablet Zerodol-SP 1 tab 2 times a day.
