Hi doc , I m going thrugh neck pain on both sides , which is coming to arms..i hv been to doctor..doctor had done my xray but didnt tell me wats in xray, prescibed , setolac mr tablet...i m attaching my xray here. Is there anything serious?

Start cervical isometrics, trapezius stretching, scapular balancing exercises
Health Tips
Use hot packs. To assist in exercises use muscle relaxant on as and when required basis.
