Nothing serious Neck muscle spasm or straightening of spine can be relieved by taking muscle relaxants and physiotherapy Discrete bilateral lymph nodes are insignificant and is a normal findings They are problematic if they are large in size and you have some infection around but then large lymph nodes are felt by hand and are painful So don’t worry

Straightened neck indicates muscle spasm which can happen due to any painful condition of the neck Lymph nodes indicate infection. Get an MRI of the neck. It will rule out any infectious condition like TB
