Iam having neck pain, Lower back pain and mild headache..
my periods has started today morning.
took heavy breakfast in the morning after that
bowel got cleared today in the morning but after that also feeling bloated and acidic.
also there is pain in the right shoulder blade.

Lower back ache and also feeling lethargic is commonly seen during menstrual cycle.
For now you can take T.Meftal Spas and T. Pan -D 40 mg for 5 days to get relieved. Incase it continues then do consult.
