I have been suffering from neck pain since 15 days..I have to work in desktop for 7-8 hours per day.
Xray report of cervical spine is attached.

Take neck support .
Start tab. Zerodol Th (4mg) twice a day ×5 days
Diclofenac gel L/A twice a day
Give hot water fomentation and do isometric neck exercises

Tab zerodol th (4mg) bd for 5 days
Tab pantop 40 mg od empty stomach
Keep ur neck in slight extension during work
Take some physiotherapy for neck - mobilization and ift , warm therapy
Considering your professional demands and X-rays shared by you, It's all within normal parameters.
As far pain part is concerned it's likely to be postural neck pain for which you have adjust your eye's to monitor screen
Secondly please check your VIt. D3@ B12 levels and correct them if needed.
Please check your eye sight with Ophthalmologist
