I have a neck pain from last 5-6 days,am not able to move my neck here n there and not able to sleep

You probably have a desk job and have to drive your way to workplace. Abnormal bad posture is key to ur problem. Hot water fomentation with muscle relaxants, anti inflammatory and analgesics will do nerdful. Take off from work.
Next Steps
If dont resolve, get xray an MRI cervical spine.
