Hello dear Neck pain at your age is mostly due to a weak rotator cuff of shoulder and not due to a neck problem per se.. Periscapular muscles and rotator cuff strengthening exercises is what you need

As u said posture maybe the reason while sleeping. Avoid pillow especially if u use thick or hard one.
