Neck pain
Dear doctor ,sever neck pain on both right an left ,more at the left side ,some times left arm pains ,an i feel dizzy an wired pain in head bcz of neck pain ...i'm facing neck pain from almost 3 years now but it was less but from 5 days neck is paining so much ..pains both the side if turn ..pls tell me why ..thank you

Mostly early cervical spondylosis, probably due to excessive use of computer. Get a physical examination done by an orthopedic surgeon
