Neck pain and nausea
I'm having neck pains that comes and goes; the pain feels like cramps coming from within moving up to the top and side of my head and when this pain starts I also feel quite nauseated

Do not use cervical collar. Get HbA1C , FBS, PPBS , vit D and B12 levels , thyroid profile test done Get physiotherapy for relief of pain. Consult an orthopaedician for further help
