Neck & back pain after getting up from sleep, I sleep on floor. how do I resolve this problem? Should I do some exercise?

Sleeping on floor is not recommended for many days. sleeping on firm mattress helps to support the spine. The cause of back pain could be postural, inflammatory,infectious which needs to be diagnosed correctly. However, in most of the cases especially in your age group, scientifically tailormade exercise provides ong term pain relief.
