About 6 months ago I got hurt in my neck while doing workout
I thought it would go away with time but it didn't
Though it doesn't cause much problem but only thing is I feel mild pain when i turn my face upwards
I am predict it's a muscle strain
What do you think?
What would be your advice?
Could you suggest medicine or natural methods to cure it?
