Neck bump, shoulder and back pain
Hello, I have a small neck bump along with shoulder and back pain. I was told I have developed rounded shoulders in the lockdown and thus the pain. I have been doing the exercises required for it but can't see any result and the pain keeps propping up. Should I be consulting a physio or poor posture and neck pain or should continue with exercises? Open to solutions if anyone can offer. Thank you

Hi! Bump in neck is due to forward head posture start with - 1. Chin tuck in hold 5-10 seconds 2. Corner stretch 3. Some hot/ cold packs for muscle spasm relief. 4. Consult a Manual therapist near you.

How long do you have this shoulder and back pain? Do you have pain on your neck? What kind of exercises have you been doing? Does the pain radiates from your neck to shoulder?
Next Steps
I would recommend you to consult a Physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment.
