Neck and right shoulder pain
I am a 30 yr old female..suffering from neck and right shoulder joint pain for more than 15 days..often getting one sided severe headache along with vomiting sensation.consulted doctor nd taking calcium nd pain killers which did not help me.could u please suggest me what kind of a problem do I am facing.

As per your symptoms there are two possibilities 1) cervical spondylosis 2)sever trapezities So you didn't mention what is your work? This type of problem mostly heppen with them who are working on laptop for more hour In both cases you can directly consult to physiotherapist and start taking treatment for that like Isometric neck exercise Neck muscles stretching Neck muscles strengthening exercises

This might b spondylitis or nerve impige inflammatory problem is leading to vertigo. Take physiotherapy to fix the pain and inflammation. Physiotherapist wil guude u wht should b done..
