Ma'am I am having cervical problem from last 4 to 5 years and I was taking medicine but doctor told me to Stop taking medicine and after that from last 2 years I am not taking medicine but taking pain killer but usually I am getting neck pain and now unable to move my neck It's paining after I woke up from sleep and having lower back pain also from 2 weeks.

U need not to be dependent on medicines. Start Physiotherapy n u will get relief from all such problem. Only physiotherapy can help u out of this. Start neck isometrics also. Use Hot water Fomentation also
What kind of medicine you were taking before and not painkiller?
Need to know when and how does your Neck and back pain gets aggravated?

It seems like because of poor posture your neck and back muscles are over tired and that could be the cause of neck and back pain. Apply hot pack over affected area. Do some light neck and back stretches.
