Dear mam Neck pain and back pain is an epidemic nearly everyone is suffering from it especially during this lockdown period. Your neck pain is due to bad posture and and it has not gone completely because the sets of advice to follow are to be given in details and to follow. I have patients who come for pain in neck for years together and they get complete relief in few weeks because the advise to be followed is important. Only physio and only medicine is not the solution to the problem  Cervicobrachalgia which is neck pain and your headache and ear pain is also related to it. It is very difficult to elaborate all the steps here what all precautions you need to take and what treatment to be followed exactly
