We need to get into root cause while ruling gout dangerous tings first. If you have git your basic test done, it would be helpful to know what came out. if not, additionally get a ECG done to rule out any cardiac cause, ( even though at your age, cardiac causes are rare, but now a days we are seeing such cases at young age). only after that a useful suggestion can be given.

This combination of symptoms, Here are some possibilities: Heart issues: Chest pressure, shoulder pain, jaw pain, nausea, weakness, and hand tingling could signal a heart problem, even without classic chest pain. Neurological issues: Pins and needles in the hands could indicate nerve compression or a neurological problem. Ear/jaw (TMJ) disorders: Can cause ear fullness, jaw pain, but not explain everything. Other infections or systemic issues: Like a viral infection, nerve inflammation, or even autoimmune issues. Consult to nearby physician, further examination and management

Hello, Your symptoms suggest a combination of ear infection, muscular strain, possible vitamin deficiency, and mild nerve compression. It is reassuring that your pregnancy test is negative. I advise a clinical examination and basic investigations like CBC, blood sugar, Vitamin B12 levels, and urine routine. Chest X-ray may be needed if chest pain persists. Please stay hydrated, avoid heavy lifting, and use warm compresses for relief. Visit a doctor early to prevent worsening. Seek emergency care if severe chest pain or breathlessness occurs. For video consultation, you can connect with me on Practo.
