Nausea and Hyper acidity
Since few days, I feel nausea and get vomiting feeling after eating a meal. I also feel quite acidic after eating something. I took zofer MD and pantodac dsr for 2 days but it provided me temporary relief. After finishing dose, I feel the same. My stomach feels like bloated and I'm not feeling any hunger. I barely eat something in the night. Also little body weakness is there.

Do you get nausea after every meal or just one type of meal( i.e. spicy and oily). Are you on any other medication apart from you mentioned. Get some blood tests done - CBC, LFT Also, stool examination. For further assistance please contact.

Please consult a General Physician (preferably a Gastroenterologist) for a physical examination and further investigations. There is no point in taking empirical treatment.

This can be GERD , which is an acidic reflux disease or more common H.Pylori induced gastritis which is triggered and causes nausea post meals . In case of too much stressful environment symptoms like these always persist. This needs proper diet changes and medications which only after analysis and investigations are done.
Next Steps
Avoid spicy foods, hot liquids, caffeine and under cooked food. Further take proper consultation.

Your symptoms suggest gastritis, acid reflux, or an H. pylori infection. Since Zofer MD and Pantodac DSR gave only temporary relief, you may need a longer course of treatment. What to Do Next: ✔ Continue Pantodac DSR (Pantoprazole + Domperidone) for 2-4 weeks (once daily before breakfast). ✔ Add Sucralfate syrup (before meals) for better stomach lining protection. ✔ Eat small, frequent meals (avoid spicy, oily food). ✔ Stay hydrated and avoid coffee, tea, and alcohol. If No Improvement in a Week: 🔹 Get tested for H. pylori (stool antigen test or urea breath test). 🔹 See a doctor for further evaluation (LFT, ultrasound if needed). Let me know if symptoms persist!
