Hi good morning doctors. I have one doubt.
Is Naturopathy and Ayurveda are same??? Some one said to me they are same.

At core level they are almost same....or i can say naturopathy is extracted from ayurveda only.
But since it uses half of it's principles....so better to go for ayurveda panchkarma

Ayurveda believes in holistic treatment. ...it works on the root cause of disease and has detoxification procedures like panchkarma that completely stops future recurrence and relapse of diseases!
Whereas naturopathy heals body by natural therapies like mud therapy gives temporary relief to patient
