Eczema from 1 year
Bcoz of excess moisture I am facing eczema problem on face with severe redness , peeling and iching on both my cheeks.I have indigestion problem & bloating also.Only bitter, pungent tastes which r drying improve my skin and digestion.Rest sour & salty aggravate it.Pls suggest some bitter medicine for my problem.

So, ur body fluid ph is not good due to which it's getting infected easily. Your gut health is the biggest reason behind eczema. Neem, vidang etc are such herbs helpful in this situation
