Diet for eczema
My child has eczema and very dry skin. Lots of itching and redness. He is allergic to nuts and peanut. Breakfast is usually millet porridge(any one of jowar, bajra, ragi, rajgira), lunch dal rice sabji and dinner roti sabji. Is it ok to eat millets daily ? What food should be had for dry skin? All food is made in ghee.

Millets are fine but give more veggies and fruits, avoid potatoes, brinjal and tamarind to reduce itching. Avoid fish reduce hard food, junk, spicy or oily. Normal health food is good enough
