Any case of skin disease needs a picture with it which is almost self explanatory.. hand eczema may be due to contact with irritants chemicals or using any lether substances for which some will show reaction we call as. Contact eczema .

Hand eczema is completely curable but the duration of treatment depends on your current situation. The worsening , the area covered, the duration of eczema happened, all these things matter for recovary.

Avoid irritants like dettol and savlon. It will worsen the dryness and itching if any. Apply turmeric paste, neem paste or mulethu paste in water for relief.
