your weight is high. first you check your pcos. reduce your weight all this problem will go off slowly

Hi...try taking herbal,ajwayin and jeera tea,take 2-3 dates daily,include papaya n pine apple in your healthy snacks.do regular exercise and walking daily..take 3-4 ltrs water in a day

Hi, If your period cycle is irregular it can be because of certain reasons like anxiety, hormonal imbalance etc. You should rule out that. Consult with a Dietician for further advice.

Be Physically active, do exercise Regularly and do not exercise when you are passing through your menses. Start having hot foods a week before your monthly date like flaxseeds, Dates, papaya, etc.

Cumin tea boil 2tsp cumin in water till the water gets reduced to half then strain it and consume , soaked almonds and regular exercise should help
