Currently i am suffering from anal fissure. Today i noticed little blood on my butt(not in stool) and little bit(bearable) of pain. I am not going outside (to meet doctor) due to covid. Until i go outside, what can i use as natural ointment?
I am eating fruits and vegetables, drinking a lot of water, not eating maida and sugar. What else should i do? Please help me.

Sitz bath is sitting in the tub filled with warm water.
How to apply-
1)Apply an ointment before passing the stool and after you're done.
2) Apply an ointment and take sitz bath and again apply it after coming out of it.
