Why am i sleeping for only 5 hours during pregnancy ?! From the date of conception i am sleeping for only 5hours, i am very much worried because even before pregnancy i used to sleep for 8 hours, during pregnancy it should increase na but why decreased? Any problem? Pls dont reply consultation required , more details required etc et , thank you
