You seem to be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis with associated deviated nasal septum. You may need to undergo tests such as diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses for confirmation of diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed then appropriate treatment can be planned
