Nasal secretions keep on going to the throat. Cant sleep at night...no sinusitis...ct scan done..no acid reflux...endoscopy done

As per your description you might have post nasal drip.. need to be evaluated for nasal allergies or chronic rhinosinusitis.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
