Nasal deviated septum
I'm having nasal deviated septum and ENT doctor took CT scan and recommend for surgery. He is not saying as mandatory and it is my choice to decide.My symptoms are one nose blockage,Cough due to post nasal drip and tinnitus.They are managed by taking cetrizene.Don't know what to do.Attaching my CT scan report.

According to the symptoms you are having issues due to sinusitis which may or may not improve after the surgery for nasal septum. Nasal drops and steam inhalation twice a day will help you to reduce your symptoms. You may decide on whether you need to undergo surgery or not depending on the response to this treatment strictly for 2 weeks.. Consult online for further evaluation and treatment

Hello Yes according to CT report u have nasal anatomical variations but ultimately it has to be added to your clinical symptoms so dicision is collective.
