Nasal congestion throat irritation
Since 27march I have nasal congestion from 14 April I had started dry cough after 2 days my Throat irritating like hell feels like something is in my throat I get soo scared it make so uncomfortable I can't even stay at one place..it feel my throat pipe are stucked together is this is serious illness or covid19

There is post nasal drip in that photo. Looks like u might be having sinusitis causing ur throat issues. Take steam inhalation and gargle. Consul for medicines
