No. There is no hard and fast rule.
I don't know about NADI DOSH but same blood group is not a problem. You should know that there are only 4 Blood Groups and there must be about 4 Crore newly married couples. You will meet people marrying people of the same blood group.

I think these problems can’t be discussed scientifically with a gynaecologist. Nadi dosh is not taught in medical school . But same blood group in both partners has no specific problems
