Myofascial pain syndrome is a more common cause of temporomandibular pain than temporomandibular joint derangement. It is caused due to fatigue/tension/stress in Masticatory muscles. Since your MRI shows normal report, so we can think of trigger points release and pain management. Yes it's curable with the help of physiotherapy.
Next Steps
See a good physiotherapist for good evaluation of your condition and intervention.  If you are in Bangalore, I can help you as well.

You have to go for manual myofascial trigger point release for jaw muscle, which will relief your symptoms. This is the only therapy or dry needling therapy which can help you.Don’t opt for any other physiotherapy treatment as per my suggestion. I can definitely help you in this case if you are in Delhi .kindly book an appointment. Thanks take care
