He is suffering from trigger points pain.. Muscle knots from past 5years. Now a days it's troubling for daily routine.. As an artist he need physical fitness... Because of this he can't do atlaest a small exercises...

5yrs isn't a small things..... Get deep friction massage My suggestion is get dry needling done from the dry needling practitioner/therapist     Get ur trigger release
