Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello...u need to plan your diet n exercise regime in a correct way. Weight reduction is a continuous process .so dnt give up in between .one should have great determination. Eat more protein n complex carbs rather than simple one and fats .one should include good quality of fats in their daily diet regime like nuts ,oil seeds etc. .Avoid outside food ,packet food ,tear food ,junk ,processed ,bakery sweets etc
Last but not least drink plenty of water.
