Any problem related menses ? If yes, you should treat first.
Do ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis .
1) drink only warm water every time
2) 10 min stretching
25 min brisk walk
25 min yoga
5 min rest.
3) avoid oily food,bakery products,
4) use salads before meal
5) go for body detoxification treatment with Ayurveda
6 ) avoid more sleep or rest
All this together help you
Well you need to calculate your body fat percentage.. If you have reached your ideal body fat percentage, then it is unlikely that you will lose much weight further.. If that is not the case then there are number of panchakarma treatments and yoga which might be suitable for you to reduce the weight.. Consult a good ayurveda doctor.. Thank you..
