My weight has become stag
My weight is not reducing i mean it has become stagnant i m going gym regularly n doing little of Dieting even doing fruit day. Plz give tips to reduce weight.

Well you need to calculate your body fat percentage.. If you have reached your ideal body fat percentage, then it is unlikely that you will lose much weight further.. If that is not the case then there are number of panchakarma treatments and yoga which might be suitable for you to reduce the weight.. Consult a good ayurveda doctor.. Thank you..
