My Vitamin D test results came 13 mg/nl
Hello doctors, My vitamin D deficiency test results came as 13.83 mg/nl. I know, it is very low. My question is, how much vitamin D IU i need for a week. I am now taking 60k IU per week. Also, let me know, how do I reach to normal levels. Thanks in advance
