As per your results you have subclinical hypothyroidism with high TSH level and normal T3 and T4.Treatment is indicated when you are symptomatic ,and your TSH level is above 10 ,under the supervision of your doctor. Ideally you should consult with a general physician in your area .

You are having sub clinical hypothyroidism and for that 2 things hage to be done : Get a repeat Thyroid profile 6 weeks apart, if it still increased, then we get a anti thyroid done antibody done. If that is derranged then we start you on medication. Kindly consult for more info
