As explained by doctor in the above answer you will need levels below 2.5
Since your levels are very high you need to check your levels every 6 weeks and adjust the dose accordingly to get to that level off TSH
once you become pregnant check your levels again as pregnancy does affect your thyroid function

Your TSH level should be below 2. 5 when you plan pregnancy.
Start the medicine and check after 6 weeks.

Before planning pregnancy TSH it should be less than 2.5
once you start taking the medicine the thyroid levels will become normal in 45 days
you have to continue taking the medicine all through your pregnancy
