My Son is having fever since last night
My Son had fever last night around 9 PM. We gave him Sumo for fever. Then the fever returned around 4am in the morning. Then again fever returned 3 PM today. The fever is always above 100 degree. He also seems to have cough inside.

Could be because of infection, needs detailed history, physical examination, vitals to be checked and battery of tests need to be done for evaluation of fever.
Next Steps
Take paracetamol 500 Mg when ever there is fever, maximum of 1 tablet for every 4 hrs.
