Hello mam...
Mild Swelling after tooth extraction is normal.....sometimes it may be due to hematoma during posterior superior alveolar nerve block......Apply ice pack in that swelling area intermitently 5 minutes with 20 min interval....Have the analgesics and antibiotics as prescribed.....it ll resolve gradually....if the seeking persits even after 10 days then visit dentist for further clinical examination

Post extraction the swelling is normal. Continue with your medications as prescribed by your dentist along with warm saline mouth rinse and betadine mouth rinse after meal. But if it still continues consult your dentist.
