My platelet count is low
I have no fever. I have nothing. I have only anxiety and stress. 2 months ago my platelet count was 1,50,000. Now it's 84000. Please tell me what is the reason. Sometimes I feel lightheaded. Always burping. Having Fatty liver grade 1. Chest xray okay. Thyroid okay. Sugar okay. Please suggest what to do.
