Dear Mam
Thanks for seeking help here.
I really appreciate your patience n asking medication for helping your mother's insomnia. Usually as the age progresses human sleep cycle reduces due to many biological factors. Melatonin may be the best choice for her. I love our traditional medicine. So I suggest you try ayurvedic n homeopath medication...if they don't help ...plz take altonil ..
I will give you a psychological solution for insomnia
1 avoid the day time sleep.
2 take cup of milk in before the bed
3 during the day time mild exercise or waking
